Healing HER is a 3-day, trauma-informed retreat that blends science-backed tools with deep emotional healing.
this isn’t just a weekend to relax — it’s a full reset for your nervous system, your body, and your sense of self.
you’ll be guided through:
• EMDR-inspired trauma work
• somatic practices to regulate your nervous system
• yoga-based movement to release stored tension
• breathwork to access and move stuck emotions
• hypnosis + NLP to shift subconscious patterns
this retreat is for you if:
• you’ve done therapy, but still feel stuck
• you’re constantly “holding it all together”
• you struggle to set boundaries or ask for help
• you’re ready to finally feel safe being fully seen
you’ll be held in a small, supportive group of women, all doing this work alongside you. this space is confidential, sacred, and deeply powerful.
