Healing From the Heart: Tea Workshop & Ceremony

Hosted by Abby Richard, Reiki Master and Chakra Expert is coming together with Paula Athena, Colombian Herbalism Student and Embodied Storyteller, to nourish your heart.

This workshop is the fourth of our chakra-aligned series that combines ancient herbalism, reiki, and chakra teachings that bridge Eastern and Western Science for whole being healing. Reconnect, remember, realign.

Participants will gain an in depth understanding of the heart chakra through a yogic lens, a biological lens, and through an ancient herbalist lens. You will walk away with easy to use tools, and a knowledge of herbs you can use to clear and align your heart chakra.

Attendees are invited to bring a journal to take notes if you'd like.
