Healing From Emotional Abuse & Gaslighting — Self-Trust Recovery Workshop

Emotional abuse and gaslighting can quietly erode confidence, distort reality, and make women question their own instincts. This workshop, led by Alix Mintha, offers a safe and understanding space to explore these experiences and learn how to reclaim your voice and trust in yourself.

Through guided reflection and practical tools, you will learn how to:

• Recognize signs of emotional abuse, gaslighting, and psychological manipulation
• Understand how these patterns affect self-esteem and decision-making
• Rebuild confidence and strengthen your inner trust
• Set boundaries and validate your own experiences
  

This workshop also welcomes family members and friends who want to support loved ones experiencing emotional abuse. You’ll gain insights into how to avoid minimizing their experiences and how to offer empathetic, non-judgmental support.

• Anyone who feels confused, dismissed, or unsure due to manipulation or gaslighting
• Friends, family, or community members wanting to provide healthier support
