- First responders & frontline workers
- Anyone in a helping profession seeking grounding & renewal
Our restorative sessions blend:
- Equine-assisted learning – Foster trust, connection & awareness
- Yoga & meditation – Regulate the nervous system & reconnect
- Sound healing – Support emotional release & vibrational balance
- Nature-based reflection – Slow down & come back to self

What to Bring
- Refillable water bottle (we have a refill station on site)
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, sunglasses)
- Comfortable, closed-toe shoes for walking around the farm
- Yoga mat or towel for movement and meditation (mats are available for those who need one)
