🧘♀️ Bring with you:
Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and bolster or second pillow for under your knees(**This is important for your comfort as you will be sitting on the floor), water bottle, a journal/pen if you keep one.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 7:30PM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend.
There is plenty of free parking at the Red Barn.

About your Host:
Mehj Pardhan is an intuitive energy practitioner and the founder of Harmonious Healing, dedicated to supporting emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being. She is a Certified Reiki Master, Hypnotherapy Practitioner, Access Consciousness/Bars Practitioner, and Transformative Coach with experience guiding clients toward lasting healing and alignment.
Through a blend of modalities, Mehj gently helps individuals release stored emotional patterns, heal inner child wounds, and create deep nervous system regulation.
Drawing from her own personal healing journey, Mehj believes that true healing is not about fixing yourself — it’s about remembering who you are.
