That's what our Healing Circle offers: a supportive community where you can let your guard down and connect authentically. Facilitated by Faiza, an intuitive energy healer, and wellness studio owner, Chantelle, a yoga practictioner and teacher.

In our circle, we encourage you to express your thoughts and feelings, knowing that everyone is here to listen and support. Whether you're seeking the courage to speak your mind or simply need a safe space to open up, our community is here for you.

We also offer energy healing for those who feel called to it. This practice can help you release blockages and find balance, enhancing your healing journey. Additionally, intuitive messages may be shared for those open to receiving them, though participation is entirely optional. If time permits, we will close with a short guided meditation.
