Join Nina Ziebarth-Pavlovich for an evening of quieting your mind and reviving your soul through a gentle-but-powerful breathing meditation. The active pranayama breath is a strong tool to silence the overactive mind and enable a deep somatic connection to your body and heart.
This 75min session will include instruction on the technique and a full 30+ min facilitated breathwork experience. Suitable for first-timers and experienced practioners over the age of 13.
Mats and blankets are provided by Vita studio, but feel free to bring your own. An eye covering is also recommended.
