✨ Calm Creativity and Connection🤍A restorative painting session for sensitive, creative souls who want a soft start to the week with a quieter way back to themselves
✨ We’ll begin with a short meditation + gentle group Reiki, then move into guided mindful art around a theme. A reference picture will be available to copy if you’d like that support — or you’re welcome to adapt it and make it your own.
🤍We’ll use gentle, guided art as a form of listening: letting colour, shape and texture help you express what words can’t always reach.
This isn’t about being “good at art” — it’s about giving your intuition a safe place to speak, noticing what you’re drawn to, and creating from feeling rather than pressure. Sometimes the wisest parts of us don’t arrive through thinking… they arrive through colour, symbols, and through play and flow...
✨ Kept intentionally small (max 10 places) so there’s space for gentle guidance, a cosy atmosphere, and a little connection with everyone.
