Join us for a meet and greet of Healing Practitioners with special guest, Pamela Gatewood. Her mini-workshop, The Power Within: Reconnecting Breath and the Pelvic Floor, is transformative and helps women understand how breathing patterns influence core strength, pelvic floor function, urinary leakage, posture, and stress. This talk starts at 7pm and blends education, movement, and inspiration to help women feel strong from the inside out.
