Our bodies are composed of the Earth and the elements, connecting us inherently to the most distant stars. Join us in a circle as we return to our hearts' essence. We seek to embody the cosmic and terrestrial qualities that often lie dormant within us, cultivating strength, balance, and a respectful place within the sacred circle of life.
We will open sacred space together as a community, returning to the heartbeat of Mother Earth through shamanic drums, rattles, stones, and sticks. These rhythmic sounds help soothe the body and mind, guiding us into the subconscious to release tension and invoke clarity and healing. Together, we will lift our voices in prayer and chant the Mother Tongue—the sounds of nature moving through us—followed by song and, if you feel called, dance and movement.
As our bodies, hearts, and minds return to the beauty of nature, Holly will guide the group in a heart-centered shamanic journey. We will close our circle together is a beautiful practice of reading our essence.
