If you’ve been feeling stressed, overstimulated, or disconnected from your body lately, this workshop is for you.Somatic Healing Yoga is a slower, supportive way to practice that helps your nervous system settle so you can actually feel the benefits of yoga, not just “get through” the class.
4-hour somatic healing workshop, you’ll learn to recognize your own state and how to return to calm w/ simple regulation tools through gentle movement, grounding practices, and breath options that meet you where you are.
You’ll leave with a few go-to techniques you can use anytime you need to reset and come back to yourself.
No experience needed. All levels welcome. Come exactly as you are.
