*Heal Your Broken Heart* Retreat: 30 Jan-1 Feb 2026Many of us walk around with deep pain and gaping wounds in an unsuspecting world. These scars come from past loss - either through death, loss of opportunities or sometimes great misfortune. Irrespective of the cause the quality of our daily lives is hugely compromised by the agony we dare not show.
At the end of January next year we’ll be facilitating a GRIEF RETREAT here at Old Joe’s Kaia, to help overcome this setback. Through various activities, conversations and meditations you’ll find your strength again, having transferred the energy into something new and beautiful.
