In support of the City of Pullman's quarterly service projects, we've organized a community-wide Summer Service Opportunity. On Saturday, May 30th, we're spending one hour cleaning headstones at Pullman City Cemetery. It's easy, shaded, it's for all ages, and it's a great way to serve our community together.
Here's how it works:
1) Show up
2) Sign in (look for a person with a clipboard)
3) Grab your supplies... and
4) Find headstones to clean for an hour.
Water spigots are throughout the cemetery. We'll have a few extra supplies on hand, but bringing your own helps.
What to bring:
-Dawn dish soap
-Plastic scrub brush(s)
-Plastic putty scraper(s)
-2 buckets (one soapy, one for rinsing)
**** NO METAL TOOLS — they damage headstones****
