Headspace Hangout

Our Teen Wellbeing Group is a safe, supportive space for young people to come together, share experiences, and learn more about their mental and emotional wellbeing.

In a small, relaxed group setting, you’ll have the chance to talk openly, connect with others your age, and explore ways to cope with everyday challenges. From managing stress and emotions to building confidence and resilience, the focus is on real conversations and practical tools that can help you feel more in control.

There’s no pressure to speak you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. It’s simply a space to feel heard, understood, and supported while learning skills that make a difference in daily life.
