Spring Musical presented by the Penn State Harrisburg School of Humanities. Head Ove Heels by Jeff Whitty, directed by Dr. Emily MacLeod, is the laugh-out-loud love story set to the music of the iconic 1980s all-female rock band the Go-Gos.
