HCV Housing Fair

The Philadelphia Housing Authority invites registered HCV landlords to participate in our HCV Housing Fair, an in-person event designed to connect property owners with voucher holders who are actively seeking rental units. The housing fair provides landlords with the opportunity to meet prospective tenants, promote available units, and engage directly with voucher holders who are ready to lease.

Advance registration is required to ensure an organized event that avoids overcrowding and allows for meaningful one-on-one interactions with clients. Participation is limited to HCV registered landlords, and a vendor number is required to complete registration. This process allows PHA to manage attendance thoughtfully and create an environment that encourages productive conversations and successful housing matches.
