About this Event
“A vision of how the new world of work might enhance what humans do best.”- Financial Times
From his extensive work on AI transformations across organizations and industries, David De Cremer has witnessed too many leaders entranced by AI’s computational prowess, ranking it above human understanding, and essentially letting AI lead business practices. “AI cannot guide a company,” he says. “It is a tool not a saviour!”
In his new book, De Cremer champions ‘AI-Savvy’ leaders who recognize AI as a powerful tool to augment – but not replace – human intelligence, and integrate it in their change management to unlock innovation and creativity in the workforce.
On 10th October, David De Cremer will join us at Northeastern University London, to discuss the visionary, human-centered and purposeful leadership we need in this tech-enabled age to create the right conditions for AI adoption to succeed and reveal business value for all your stakeholders. He will present cautionary tales alongside examples of good practice and will share the core leadership skills that executives need in order to adapt successfully to this new technological era.
The event will be led and moderated by Scott Wildman.
I hope you can join us!
