Join us for Ride Leadership Training to prepare our team of volunteers for leading a safe and successful bike season. Whether you're a new or returning volunteer, this group training required. In it, we'll cover:
🚲 Roles and expectations for ride support team members (ride leader, team leader, corkers, sweepers, and SAG)
🔒 How to ensure rides are safe, low-stress, and enjoyable
🧩 Building a well-organized, cohesive ride support team with clear responsibilities
💬 Strengthening communication within the leadership team
Our Tuesday Night Rides happen every other week from June to October. These 8-10 mile rides are open to all ages and abilities, with a focus on fun, inclusivity, and no one left behind. The pace is socially slow and easygoing—just the way we like it.
