PMH Presents: Haven of Healing – HERstory Open Mic Night

Haven of Healing: HERstory Open Mic Night is a multi-sensory, multi-level healing experience created to honor women’s voices, stories, creativity, and collective power. Hosted by Peaceful Minds Haven, this evening is a celebration of expression, rest, and connection during Women’s History Month.
At the heart of the night is our open mic experience, where community members are invited to use their voice through storytelling, poetry, singing, spoken word, rap, or reflection. Whether you take the mic or simply listen, every voice and every story is welcomed and valued.
Each floor of Brick-n-Kulture will offer a unique themed healing space, allowing guests to move freely throughout the venue and engage in experiences that resonate most with them:
- HERstory Open Mic Room: A sacred space for live storytelling, poetry, music, spoken word, and vocal expression. Come ready to share your story or be inspired by the voices of others.
- Creative Expression Rooms: Create a vision board, paint, or engage in hands-on art activities that help you reflect, dream, and set intentions.
- Rest & Relaxation Lounge: Unwind in a cozy space with wine, soft lighting, and healing sounds designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest.
- Breathwork & Somatic Healing Room: Spend time with a certified breathwork practitioner offering grounding techniques to release stress and reconnect with your body.
- Community & Connection Space: Gather in a room filled with food, music, conversation, and laughter. This is where new relationships are formed, stories are shared, and your next tribe may begin.
Throughout the night, guests are encouraged to move at their own pace — listen, create, rest, speak, connect, or simply be. This experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
