Haute & Hungry – French Bites x Cocktails (Pop-Up)

Haute & Hungry is a one-night pop-up focused on French-inspired bites designed to eat alongside good cocktails and wine. The menu is small and intentional—tuna tartare, charcuterie, slow-braised beef cheek, tarte tatin and a few other surprises—drawing on classic techniques without the formality of a sit-down tasting menu.

This isn’t a restaurant launch or a branded concept. It’s a temporary collaboration between a French-trained cook and a local cocktail bar, built around the idea that well-made food doesn’t need white tablecloths to be taken seriously.

Come hungry, come casual, stay as long or as briefly as you like.
