Haunted Ireland: Spine-Chilling Stories with Kieran Fanning and Mark Hill

Join us for an afternoon of eerie tales and thrilling folklore as author Kieran Fanning and illustrator Mark Hill take us on a spooky journey through Haunted Ireland. This captivating storytelling and draw-along event will delve into the ghostly legends, supernatural happenings, and mysterious folklore that have haunted the Irish landscape for centuries.
Children will be provided with clipboard, paper and pencils to draw along with Mark.
Kieran Fanning is a writer and primary school teacher from Navan, Co. Meath. He has a master’s degree in children’s literature and a fascination for legendary Irish tales – the spookier the better! His most recent book, Irish Fairy Tales, Myths and Legends, was published by Scholastic.
Mark Hill is a commercial illustrator and visual artist based in Dublin. He has worked on packaging, poster art and book covers, for a variety of clients at home and abroad.
