About this Event
Join us for a calming in-person session of the Hatsurei Ho Meditation! It's a great way to ground, clear your mind, and connect with Reiki energy. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned meditator, come as you are and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Bring yourself, comfy clothes, something to sit on, and get ready to breathe easy and feel refreshed. Please note there is limited capacity for this event. We will use the first 15 minutes to get comfortable and introduce ourselves, allow 30 minutes for the meditation, and utilize the last 15 minutes for questions and wrap up. See you there!
