Our class begins with a mindfulness walk to the field as we tune in our mindset to drop in to a practice designed to give you a reset.

Our inclusive sequencing offers modifications to suit your needs, helping you feel supported and comfortable as you move through grounding poses and stretches. - Meditation Among Horses (the horses are fenced in an enclosure)
