Mixed-ability Hatha Yoga classes to strengthen and stretch your mind and body using breathing techniques, physical postures and relaxation.About this Event
In class we practise pranayama as a way to prepare the body for asana, and as a key technique for beginning to still the mind for concentration and meditation. In our asana practice we look at the fundamental components of the postures and build them up from the foundations to fully explore the pose.
Hatha Yoga classes include pranayama, asana and relaxation and are suitable for all abilities.
Classes are 90 minutes and cost £10. Please bring your own equipment where possible.
