General Hatha Yoga classes includes postures to gently stretch and strengthen the body and concludes with pranayama (breathing exercises) to prepare for final meditation.This class is suitable for all levels and is beginner friendly. It is a gentle meditative style that encourages body and breath awareness through out. Bringing about a state of homeostasis to calm the mind and harmonize the nervous system.
Casual attendance is welcome whilst prior bookings are preferred, you are welcome to come along spontaneously and join a class if space permits.
