These 90-minute traditional hatha yoga classes consist of:- breathing exercises
- sun salutation warm up
- held yoga postures
- final relaxation
...then vegan souper soup and chat together, 30 minutes or so. You can also bring a container to take the soup home instead, and leave at 8.30 too, if you prefer.
Develop a more meditational practice with longer held postures and more challenging variations. For those familiar with the Rishikesh sequence, done the Newbies course with me, or experienced and willing to adapt.
If you can’t make the classes you can substitute into Wednesday if there is space or come to the Gentle Yoga Online on Tuesday evening.
