Join yoga classes and more, by donation during our Pop-Up 2025 event series as we get ready for the opening of our flagship LA Center for Live Your Best Life!

Thursday at 6:30pm
Cultivate and deepen your asana practice with one hour sessions ending with guided meditation for inner balance, vital energy, and mindful relaxation.
Lea will guide you to explore the practical as well as the subtle energy of yoga postures and sequences through the power of breath, the joy of movement and the resonance of stillness. Alignment principles offer inner and outer shifts, leaving you feeling clear and rejuvemnated, both "on and off the mat."
Please bring your yoga mat and your water bottle. We have a number of bolsters, blocks and blankets for use at the Center that can sweeten your experience.
Remember not to eat a full meal before yoga practice and to wear clothes that move and breathe easily. Natural fabrics are great for yoga class.
Suggested / $15 - $25 Pay what you can but please honor the exchange.
