Students will have an access to an online platform where all the classes will be streamed live and recorded to an online library. You can practice any time it suits you if the times don't fit your schedule.
• 40 hour long program in which you get to experience this powerful methodology through the laboratory of your own body.
In-depth experience that includes a specific asana sequence ( sequence of poses - You will learn their use, benefits & alignment) AND other modalities of Yoga :
• You will learn different breathing techniques, concentration techniques, preparation for meditation, Kriyas ( purification techniques), basis of Yogic philosophy and more.
• option to study IN PERSON or ONLINE (or combination of both
- ALL classes will be recorded and you will have access to an online learning platform which is easy to navigate.
This allows you to practice at your own time and/or even after the course is finished.
• you will receive a textbook written by Klara specifically for this course and plenty of online resources throughout the course
• you will have a guidance and support of your teacher for the whole duration of the course and will experience the power of group setting in a transformational 2 month long journey.
