About this Event
In Aran Yoga, we embrace the principles of Hatha Yoga, the traditional practice that aims to harmonize the body's energies.
Each class is designed to foster balance through a combination of meditation, pranayama (breath control), and asanas (physical postures). We conclude with savasana, allowing for deep relaxation and integration of our experiences throughout the session.
Our approach recognizes that yoga transcends mere physical exercise; it is a holistic union of body, mind, and soul, nurturing overall well-being. This mindful practice cultivates inner peace and enhances our connection to ourselves and the world around us.
We have 2 classes:
Mondays @10.30 - Gentle yoga: where poses are held for longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose. This allow us to be more focused on alignment and mind-body connection.
Saturdays @10.30 - Hatha Flow yoga: focused on teaching a sequence of yoga asanas that synchronise breath with movement.
Enjoy a 60-minute class.
Doesn't matter if you are a beginner or an experienced yogi that want to work in the basics.
The classes are at Resilience Zone, a beautiful space with mats and props so you don't have to bring nothing.
Resilience Zone is at THE GLASS HOUSE, Top floor, 11-12 Lettice Street, London, SW6 4EH (Please access via door with 11-12 plaque at the front and NOT via the Power Yoga studio downstairs)
Buzzer entry to access. Late arrival cannot guarantee class attendance.
