General Hatha Yoga classes includes postures to gently stretch and strengthen the body and concludes with pranayama (breathing exercises) to prepare for final meditation.This class is suitable for all levels and is beginner friendly. It is a gentle meditative style that encourages body and breath awareness through out. Helping to regulate nervous system alleviating stored tensions and calming the mind.
Casual attendance is welcome whilst prior bookings are preferred, you are welcome to come along anytime and join a class if space permits.
