Yoga is an ancient practice that incorporates the union of physical, mental, spiritual and emotional elements of ourselves. This fully guided Hatha class is a 75 minute practice and an open, safe space for all levels, ages and genders.
Learn how to unlock a deeper understanding of within through postures, meditation and breathwork.
This class is guided by Jennifer, who attained her yoga certification in India (Hatha & Ashtanga), and has taught the art of yoga through Soth East Asia. She is also a certified Ayurvedic nutritionist and health and wellness coach.
