Cultivate and deepen your asana practice with a one hour session ending with guided meditation and deep relaxation.
Hatha Yoga offers a grounded, inclusive practice that blends traditional asana, breathwork, and mindful alignment with the fluidity of modern flow. Students are guided to move with awareness, cultivating strength, balance, and presence at a pace accessible to all levels.
Rooted in yoga’s classical foundations, the practice invites both stillness and dynamic movement for a deeply integrated experience of body and mind.

Please bring your yoga mat and your water bottle. We have a number of bolsters, blocks and blankets for use at the Center that can sweeten your experience.
Remember not to eat a full meal before the session. Wearing natural fabrics, and clothes that move and breathe easily is great for yoga practice.

Thomas has been teaching yoga since 2020, drawing on a practice that began in 2006 in Sikkim, India, and a meditation practice that started in 2007. He teaches primarily Hatha yoga, along with Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative styles, with an emphasis on traditional yoga and present moment awareness.
As a student of renowned sitar master Ustad Shahid Parvez Khan, Thomas's deep study of Indian classical music enriches his understanding of traditional yogic practices and philosophy. He has served as a resident yoga teacher at Boheme Yoga and Peace Yoga Gallery in downtown Los Angeles, as well as One Life Yoga in Pasadena.
Students can expect classes that offer embodiment, a gentle challenge, and a meditative experience—invitations to meet themselves fully in the present moment.
