This mindful Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga class with Sukanya offers a harmonious blend of flowing sequences and held poses. Each session begins with breathwork and warm-ups, progresses through sun salutations and vinyasa flows, and concludes with cooling stretches and a restful Savasana. With an emphasis on alignment for joint safety, prop use, balance, and strength, this class is designed to promote relaxation and mindful movement.
