Guided by the solar and lunar tenants of a hatha practice, we delve into uniting breath, body, and mind. Each practice will incorporate smiling, asanas, hand mudras, breathing techniques, information on skeletal and muscle systems, and chakras, all building towards a “peak pose.” The practices are available for students of all experience levels.
Our inclusive nature and handicapped-accessible building provide a safe sanctuary for all.
