Hatha Flow Yoga Class. A full length (90 minute, not gym length!) class to encompass as much of yogas wonder physical and mental benefits. We work on breath, mobility, strength and stability, balance and relaxation as well as a smattering of Pilates core inspirations.This class is suitable for beginners as well as those with a little experience. The class is for people in general good health so if you have any health issues that you feel may be an issue in the practice, feel free to get in touch for advice.Everyone is encouraged to do what they can, don’t have to do it all at once and just build the practice up week by week in a friendly, welcoming group where’s there’s always a little banter and light heartedness, no need to be too serious with it all! It’s just yoga!
