Quip Shed Comedy is back to host comedy gigs at No. 39 Bar in Weybridge!

For our December show, we have a cracking line-up featuring Aideen McQueen, Raj Poojara, TV's Nathan Caton, and host, Lyle Barke!

Aideen McQueen is one of the brightest sparks in the new generation of Irish comics. She’s sassy, sexy, saucy and side-splittingly funny. Aideen appears regularly on RTE, TG4, BBC Northern Ireland and BBC Radio 4. She is one of the resident comperes at the world famous International Comedy Club in Dublin and has appeared alongside Sean Hughes, Reginald D Hunter, Ardal O’ Hanon, Dylan Moran, Johnny Vegas, Phil Kay and Frankie Boyle.

Raj Poojara is taking the UK live circuit by storm. His first performance at London’s Backyard Comedy Club went so well that his second gig was in front of a sold-out theatre as a headline’s opening act.

Raj spent his first year in comedy entering every competition he could find and to great success; Finalist at ‘Rising Star’ New Comedian of the Year, ‘Go New York’ at South Ken Comedy Club and the Max Turner Award. Semi Finalist at Get Up! Stand Up! New Comedian of the year and ‘So You Think You’re Funny?’

Nathan Caton is one of the most exciting young comedians on the scene. Gigging since the tender age of 19, over the last decade he has established himself both as a circuit headliner, and a name on TV and radio.

Within his first few years on stage, he had picked up various accolades and coveted plaudits including the Chortle Student Comic of the Year award and Broadcast Hotshot and written and starred in a pilot for Paramount Comedy (now Comedy Central) entitled The Nathan Caton Show. Since then, he has been seen on Live At The Apollo, Mock The Week, Russell Howard's Good News, and much more!
