About this Event
Hatha Yoga is the classic yoga and we are focused in balance the energy of our bodies. In every class we practice meditation to calm the mind, pranayamas and asanas to help our body, and savasana to relax and integrate everything that we have worked during the class. Because yoga is not just exercise, it's the union of body, mind and soul.
In Hatha Flow yoga classes, we focus on teaching a gentle sequence of yoga asanas that synchronize breath with movement.
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an experienced yogi who wants to work on the basics.
