About Nadia:
Nadia is a yoga instructor who completed her 200-hour training with Yoga Renew and is currently working toward certification with Yoga Alliance. Her teaching style emphasizes calm, stress-relieving practices that help clear the mind, ground the body, and bring students into the present moment. She discovered yoga after spending most of her life swimming, where she first experienced how movement can support mental clarity and emotional balance. Yoga became another pathway to that same sense of peace, helping her slow down, reset, and reconnect. As a college student and instructor, Nadia is passionate about creating welcoming spaces for people of all ages and experience levels to relax, stretch, and release tension. Her goal is to guide students toward mindfulness, stillness, and the simple joy of being fully present.
