We will begin our sessions with a gentle Hatha flow to restore balance and equilibrium within you, removing any stagnation or unecessary tension in the body and inviting in fluidity and receptivity.
We will then transition into passive holding of the asanas where you can enjoy precious moments of introspection, spaciousness and deep connection with your true self through the Yin Yoga practice.
During the session you will be accombined by music, silence and poetry.
