About this Event
Together we will practice Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and Sound Therapy.
These classes are for beginner, intermediate, and advanced Yogis . Please bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water, an Open mind, and Willingness to practice and go on this journey.
With more than 20 years of personal yoga experience, I am a certified yoga teacher and I am committed to guiding individuals in discovering and awakening their inner selves through breathwork, meditation, sound therapy, and yoga.
To begin the New Year of 2025, class will be held on four Fridays:
February 14, 21, 28
March 7
During these classes we will focus on Love and Unity.
The cost is $30.00(+taxes)/class and each class is 90 minutes.
*Limited work trade/financial assistance available. Reach out to the Organizer.
If you don't own a mat, one is available for class use.
