Who is this event for?

- You want the flexibility to run your own business and become your own boss
- You’re ready to kickstart your idea and turn it into a business
What does this session look like?
- You’ll meet the facilitator and the other entrepreneurs in the room
- You’ll be introduced to the Lean Model Canvas and see a worked example
- You’ll go through each section in the canvas, filling it in about your business, fleshing out your thoughts and assessing how strong your answers are for each of them
3 key things you will take away from the session:
- Seeing all the parts of your business idea on one page
- Identifying and testing the assumptions in your business idea
- Quickly and clearly explain your business idea to others

About the facilitator: Letisha Larmond
Letisha is currently a national Innovate UK young people award winner for her business Frooted. She has won a series of awards for identifying a gap in the market and ensuring she has a product-market fit. She loves entrepreneurship and is enthusiastic about supporting as many new founders as possible along the way.
