Chef Elise is currently running Hatch Cover out of The Lucky Well Incubator at 10th and Spring Garden Streets in Philadelphia with the residency ending July 1st. At the chef incubator you can try food from any of the 4 chefs/menus on the same order. Along with Hatch Cover's seafood, there is BBQ, Spanish Tapas, and Pizza.
