The City's free, family-friendly annual event, HarvestFest, returns to North Cove Park on Halloween Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Mobile food vendors will be available for food purchases.
Free activities include trick-or-treat at the business and community group booths, arts and crafts, and exploring big rig vehicles on Mill Spur.
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM Sensory-friendly hour
