To kick off Lakeside’s Labor Day weekend festivities, Harvest brings the power, grit and soul of Neil Young’s timeless music to Hoover Auditorium. From rich vocal harmonies and harmonica-driven acoustic favorites to blistering electric jams, Harvest delivers the full Neil Young experience.
The setlist traces an iconic career, highlighting Young’s work with Buffalo Springfield and Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, his solo recordings, and the raw intensity of his longtime band Crazy Horse, with a focus on the early- to mid-1970s and later favorites like "Harvest Moon."
Founded by Jim Tigue and Eroc Sosinski, Harvest has performed Young’s music across the Midwest since 1987 through projects including Harvest, Tie-Dye Harvest and the Jim and Eroc Duo. The pair also formed the popular Pink Floyd tribute Wish You Were Here.
Tigue and Sosinski are joined by veteran Northeast Ohio musicians Peter Telari, Keith Chelm and Tim Hamman, whose combined experience includes respected tribute acts such as Hard Day’s Night, Revolution Pie and Sugar Magnolia.
Since 2022, Tigue and Sosinski have been selected to perform at Kent State University’s official May 4 Commemoration Ceremony, with Harvest also appearing at the university’s Music Festival during Commemoration Week.
The band is not a "costume-and-wig" tribute. It’s a musician-driven homage to Neil Young, honoring him with passion, precision and performances that capture the heart and spirit of his legendary music.
