On Sunday October 26, join holistic nutritionist Elisa Kosonen, founder of , and certified sound practitioner May Globus, founder of , for a workshop on how to replenish your body and mind so you can stay vibrant and grounded through fall.
Together, we’ll explore how to anchor your energy during this seasonal transition—through food, mindset, and embodied practices that restore balance and vitality.

From there, we’ll flow into a guided digestion meditation and restorative sound bath, inviting you to integrate what you’ve learned and leave feeling nourished, balanced, and deeply replenished. We'll end the evening together with sips of wonderful oolong kombucha, brewed and fermented with care by Cultivate Tea.
