The Oak Mountain Interpretive Center is joining us with their Education Ambassadors!! Come and meet our slithery snakes, totally shell-tacular turtles, and many other native residents of Oak Mountain State Park! Learn about all the wildlife that call Oak Mountain State Park home and the Importance of Protecting their Habitats!
Our fantastic partners at the Alabama Wildlife Center will be at the Harvest Festival from 10am to 1pm with a variety of their glove trained education raptors for you to meet! Get to know their feathered ambassadors and learn about the importance of supporting wildlife rehabilitation. Learn about the role the AWC plays in protecting Alabama’s Keystone avian species!
The Rusted Roof Barn is brining some of their Rescue Horses to the festival for children ages 3 to 12 to enjoy rides for $5 (Cash only) from 9:45am to 2pm! Saddle up!
