Begin with a crystal-clear Mulligatawny Consommé—gently spiced, aromatic, and finely strained—followed by golden Roasted Mushroom & Goat Cheese Tartlets crowned with thyme. Savory Scones arrive with whipped chive butter; tender Lamb Rissoles, seasoned with garden herbs, offer a rustic, comforting bite. The course closes with a Hearth-Warmed Glazed Apple Velouté: silky, cinnamon-kissed apple finished with a whisper of Brandy.
