Henry Hagerman strides into country music like a figure etched into the Montana landscape—rugged, reflective, and wise beyond his years. Part ranch hand, part poet, part troubadour, Henry is used to being called an old soul. At only eighteen, he is a versatile multi-instrumentalist with a timeless voice and sensibility. A classically trained vocalist, he was performing for friends and family by the age of 10, picked up the guitar at eleven after building a foundation on the ukulele, and has since studied piano, mandolin, and banjo. The diversity of his musical training allowed him to fully explore genres before finding a home in country music, though his Santa Barbara upbringing shines through his songs, with echoes of California surf music and the laid-back lyricism of artists like Jack Johnson woven through the twang.
Harry's LIVE brings the best of live, local talent to the intimate, sophisticated atmosphere of the Harry’s Library, a secluded and intimate room on the second floor of the Hofheimer Building. For music lovers, this exclusive performance series offers a unique setting to experience the authentic energy of live music in a space that is as much about connection and creativity as it is about atmosphere. Each live performance is designed to celebrate local musicians from soulful acoustic sets to electrifying bands and genre-blending performances.
