From the halls of Hogwarts to the depths of the Forbidden Forest, challenge yourself with questions that span the wizarding universe. Do you know the meaning of a bezoar? Can you recall Dumbledore’s full name? If so, it's time to grab your wand, summon your house pride, and see if you have what it takes to earn top marks on this magical challenge!

Two strangers experienced love at first sight and their lives were changed forever. The duo quickly realized although they had much in common, their palate & food preferences were different. Alfred was vegetarian and Jaime was not which made finding a date night spot, very difficult. It was even more difficult when the two families came together for a meal.

Therefore, the concept of Bloom was created. This combined with a tremendous amount of love, energy & teamwork has given life to this modern day bistro. We are the first modern day bistro that in combining all palates, preferences, and tastebuds under one roof.
