About this Event
Harriet Tubman: Love Slave
Black History Month Limited Engagement
Los Angeles Theatre Production | February 27–March 1
After going viral nationwide and receiving a spotlight feature on CNN, Harriet Tubman: Love Slave returns to Los Angeles for a special Black History Month stage run.
This bold new theatrical work reimagines Harriet Tubman as a young woman navigating love, agency, power, and liberation in 19th-century America. Blending movement, dramatic storytelling, music, and contemporary staging, the production challenges audiences to reconsider how Black historical figures are remembered — and how their humanity is often erased.
At a time when conversations about history, representation, and artistic freedom are at the forefront, this Harriet Tubman play invites dialogue, reflection, and community engagement.
